Made In Wigan is a project born out of a well established Community Cooperative. Magicalogical has delivered every facet of the initiative’s communications collateral. We were asked to produce a video to convey the ‘joined up’ nature of their relation- ship with public / private and other third sector organisations.
With very few visual assets available apart from the main logo mark and colourways, we decided upon a ‘hand-drawn’ approach to tie in with the theme of helping hands. Every element relating to the initiative was firstly identified by creating a ‘shooting script’. The script then informed the relationship between each representative element and so we were able to create an animation that builds into a final infographic showing how everything comes together.
