We partnered with North West Air Ambulance to redesign their ‘Thank You’ welcome email for new supporters of the Lift Off Lotto. The original email lacked strong branding and a professional feel, which led to high drop-off rates, with many people canceling their lottery subscription after just one month. Our goal was to create a more engaging and visually appealing email that reinforced the value of their donation and strengthened supporter retention.
Our redesign introduced a warm, gratitude-focused message with bold visuals, stronger branding, and a clearer emphasis on the real impact of each donation.
