MTX Contracts, a leader in modular healthcare construction, sought to document the development of their innovative projects to showcase the efficiency and effectiveness of their building methods. To achieve this, we implemented a comprehensive visual strategy that included time lapse photography, regular drone capturing and on-site interviews, providing a dynamic narrative of the construction process.

Our Approach

Timelapse Photography: We installed high-resolution cameras at strategic vantage points to capture the entire construction process, from the initial groundwork to the final touches. This continuous capture highlighted the speed and precision inherent in modular construction.

Progress Site Visits: Throughout the build, our team conducted regular site visits to capture key milestones. These visits allowed us to document significant stages of the construction, providing detailed visual updates.

Interviews: We conducted on-site interviews with project managers, engineers, and other key personnel. These "talking head" segments offered insights into the project's challenges and successes, adding a personal touch to the visual narrative.

The combination of timelapse footage and interviews resulted in a compelling visual story that effectively showcased MTX Contracts' modular construction capabilities. Brookhouse Contracting approached us to capture and showcase their construction projects through engaging visual content. Site Visits and Talking Head: In select projects, we conducted regular site visits to capture key milestones and added talking head footage. These interviews with project managers and key personnel added depth to the visual story, offering insights into the challenges and achievements of each project.

Tabley Homes enlisted us to visually document the transformation of their latest development, Beeston Park in Tarporley, Cheshire. This ambitious project blends the construction of stunning new homes with the meticulous restoration of the historic Beeston Towers, formerly The Wild Boar Inn. Still a work in progress, this development is evolving day by day, and we are capturing its journey through dynamic aerial and timelapse footage, showcasing both progress and heritage.

We are working with the British Heart Foundation to visually capture the excitement of their new store openings, utilising drone footage to show where the new store is (from above), the store layout inside, customers in the shop, ribbon cutting, etc.

Drone Footage

Drone footage was used to capture the vibrant atmosphere of the new store openings. Aerial shots provided an expansive view of the stores on their opening days, highlighting the arrival of customers and the excitement surrounding each launch. The sweeping visuals emphasise the scale and appeal of the new locations, showcasing their impact within the community. The drone footage serves as a powerful tool to convey the excitement of these significant events, capturing the essence of the openings in a way that traditional photography can't.

Time Lapse Photography

Timelapse photography is currently being used to document the progress of a new shop being set up in Edinburgh. High-resolution timelapse cameras have been installed to capture every stage of the store’s setup, offering a unique perspective on the journey from empty space to fully operational retail environment. 

The Result

The drone footage has provided the British Heart Foundation with engaging content that captures the excitement of their multiple new store openings, offering a dynamic visual story of each event. The aerial shots have helped elevate the perception of the stores, showcasing the scale and atmosphere of each launch. As the timelapse project in Edinburgh progresses, it will add another layer to the visual narrative, offering a comprehensive view of the store’s setup from start to finish.
